The images and other material contained in the Material Bank (hereinafter “Material”) may only be used for journalistic purposes in cooperation with Kvadra. Special written consent is required for any other use.
If the User’s code comes into the possession of a third party or is lost, the User shall change the code or inform Kvadra's Press representative.
The User shall provide the information required for the Material Bank. The User shall provide immediate notification of any changes in his/her information. The User shall be responsible for the correctness of the information provided to the Material Bank. Kvadra shall not be responsible for checking or correcting information provided by the User.
The User shall be responsible for not using, sending, storing or otherwise handling the Material it obtains from the Material Bank in a manner that violates copyright or other rights, good practice, the law or official regulations.
The Material may be used
a) For journalistic purposes when the topic is Kvadra and Kvadra's products.
The Material may not be used
a) The Material may not be added to another service for further downloading.
b) The user rights to the Material may not be sold, loaned, leased, given or otherwise transferred to third parties.
c) The Material may not be used inappropriately.
d) The Material may not be modified.
e) The Material may not be linked to any other trademarks related to relevant content projects.
The User is aware that Kvadra is constantly developing the Material Bank, as a result of which the range and content of the services available may change.
Kvadra can close the Material Bank in whole or in part if:
a) there is reason to suspect abuse
c) the Material Bank or part of it is the target of an information security attack.
