It consists of a solid basement which is a wine celler and is being used as a place of meeting and socializing with friends and guests. The ground floor is an open space with glass facade with the viewto the sea. It is used by the family for leasure moments. On the roof, there are 4 separate small spaces with intimate small terraces used by each family member separately.

Cloud sofa was chosen as the best solution for relaxation on the upper floor.
